Business Plan + Coaching

• We will work together from start to finish at your pace. We will do 2hr sessions bi-monthly or monthly. This will give you enough time to process our sessions and see how they apply to your vision. You will also have assignments in between our sessions.
• We will conduct market research, review economic reports, census and statistical data to identify your niche and market size.
• Once we are done, you will have a pitch, business plan with full financials and revenue streams. This process can take 3 months or 6 month or a year. The pace is up to you.

Business Plan DIY

• We will work on 1hr strategy and Q&A sessions weekly or bi-monthly at your pace
• You will do majority of the work in between sessions.
• We will work on your pitch presentation and practice it until you feel confident
• You will have a business plan with executive summary when done.

Financials Only

We will work on the following below in 2-4 weeks over 1hr or 2hr sessions:
